Arctic Mist is a diluter designed to be mixed with Arctic Fox Hair Color to create lighter shades of our semi-permanent direct dye. Arctic Mist is made from the same highly conditioning base as other Arctic Fox semi-permanent colors which make it perfect for mixing custom shades without worrying about impeding the dying process. Arctic Mist is 100% vegan and 100% cruelty-free and 15% of all profits are donated to animal-centered charities.
